Hire rates are charged for the first week over a five-day period. Daily hire rates apply thereafter.
Hire orders must be off-hired by email to [email protected] before 12pm to avoid being charged for that day. Please include your company name, hire order details, equipment being off-hired, site address and contact details.
Yes. We can organise delivery of hire equipment by courier, through our own team where available, or we can arrange collection from our Trade Safety depot.
We recommend booking hire equipment as early as possible, especially for gas monitors, tripods, winches, rescue davit systems, SCBA, asbestos decontamination units and other specialist safety equipment. Availability can vary depending on current hire demand.

All hire equipment is inspected within three working days of collection or return to Trade Safety. If any damage, missing items or excessive cleaning requirements are identified during inspection, additional charges may apply and our team will notify you accordingly.
