Idenden Dampstrip Asbestos Penetrant 30-330 has been specially designed as a dust/fibre suppressant during the removal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM). It is designed to minimise of the risk of harmful dust and fibres becoming airborne through the process of wetting. Idenden is a mobile water borne red liquid that is ideal for any projects that involve the controlled stripping of asbestos, thanks to its powerful surfactants and low evaporation rate chemicals. These allow for any asbestos matrix to be ‘wet out’ which maintains a damp state that is suitable for subsequent low fibre emission removal. Idenden has been successfully used for the removal of hand or spray applied asbestos and various asbestos mixes with clay, silicates and hard setting compounds.
