Overview
This course is specifically designed for those who require a basis for providing basic First Aid in an emergency. It is designed to assist participants in the treatment of minor accident/incident injuries and lifesaving skills.
Completing this course will help you:
- Access a situation quickly and safely
- Arrange for medical help
- Apply first aid or CPR if needed
- Stay with the causality until further care arrives
Learning Path
When approaching an situation where there could be a threat to life or risks involved it is very important that the trainee doesn’t can injured trying to help a casualty.

The trainee should arrange for medical help as soon as they access the scene.
Video 48 Min + 2 Min read to complete
After accessing the casualty injuries, the trainee will be able to decide if first aid or CPR is needed.

The trainee should stay with the casualty until further help arrives, this will help the casualty relax and prevent any further shock and cardiac arrest.
